Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment
All products in our store are made on demand and fulfilled by Printful.
Fulfillment times (the time it takes to create your product) are:
• 2–5 business days for apparel
• 2–5 business days for accessories and home goods
These times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, it ships from the Printful facility closest to your destination.
Estimated shipping times:
• USA: 3–6 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s live rates for your region and the products in your order.
Some items may ship separately, and each shipment will have its own shipping cost.
Split Shipments
Because Printful fulfills items from multiple facilities and prints products on demand, your order may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility.
We can reship your order, but you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with Printful.
Printful may replace the order after confirming the package is lost.
Please report lost packages within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
Holiday & Seasonal Delays
Fulfillment and shipping times may be longer during holidays, sales periods, or global carrier delays.
