At HIMAPLAYA, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free from signs of use, odor, or damage caused after delivery
Final Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at shop@himaplaya.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.
- In cases of defects or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at shop@himaplaya.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@himaplaya.com and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a full replacement or complete refund at no cost to you.
