We work hard to get your HIMAPLAYA gear to you quickly and reliably.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping is available on US apparel orders (hoodies, tees, sweatshirts, and crop tops) of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax). Non-apparel items such as drinkware, stickers, hats, and accessories are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment confirmation.
International Shipping
We ship internationally! Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. HIMAPLAYA does not collect or reimburse these charges.
Delays & Carrier Issues
HIMAPLAYA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at shop@himaplaya.com and we'll help resolve it.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately at shop@himaplaya.com if you need to correct an address before shipment.
